Boston has long been an important city for Search Engine Marketing, PubCon held their first major conference here in 2003 and Search Engine Strategies was held in March of 2003 as well. The Search Engine Professionals Organization is based in the Greater Boston area, plus many SEO agencies call greater Boston home.
