Curating content can be an effective way to host the community, gain traffic and thought leadership. David Meerman Scott illustrates all three from page 25 of his new book, Real Time Marketing, where he describes how Seth Godin asked over 50 writers to contribute to a content piece. Not only does the piece gain value from the combined knowledge of the people asked, but the article was sure to get highly publicized because all of the respondents would share the news of the publication.
