Curing Agile Marketing Latency

Marketing departments are so often dependent upon other departments for their work, they have to wait for compliance, legal, IT and other corporate departments to catch up so they can build and publish.
If the latency factor is due to other departments, then the key to successful Agile Marketing is not a successful adoption by the marketing organization, but agile adoption across all departments where marketing is dependent.
