Fortune 500 Business Blogging Project Interview Questions

I was thinking it would be interesting to interview the people who run their blogs directly. While the results might not be quite as objective as a personal review, I am thinking we may get some more interesting insights into how blogs are run, plus volunteers could interview different corporate bloggers for their blogs. This might speed up the process.
Please describe the background and history of the founding of your company?
What's your company's culture? Do any individuals stand out in the history of your company, or who are currently working at the company?
How is your company doing at the moment? What successes and what setbacks have you had in the last year?
Please describe your business blog? It's name, the origination of the blog, who manages the blog, and the blog's objectives.
Do you run any other social media projects?
What paid or free blog monitoring services do you use to monitor your community’s blogging community?
How easy is your blog to find on your main website? On a scale of 1-10 how easy would you say it is to find the blog?
What's your frequency of posts? If high frequency were the goal, on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate the blog for frequency?
How do company's blog articles and use of comments engage your audience? On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your blog for writing engaging content with your audience?
How relevant are your blog articles to your readership? Please rate your relevancy on a sacle of 1-10.
How focused are your blog articles on your companies products and services? On a scale of 1-10 please rate the focus of your articles.
Do you link to other external blog articles?
Are all of the blog authors identified in the blog, or when you comment on external blogs? Please rate your level of transparency on a scale of 1-10.
Please describe how people can interact with your blog. Is it possible to comment? If so, do you have to register? Please rate the social interaction design level of your blog on a scale of 1-10.
How often do people comment on your blog? Perhaps tell us the total number of posts and the total number of comments. How do you rate your blog's level of responsiveness to your audience your wider blogging community?
