Baby Signs Class On Sunday At Isis Maternity
May 20, 2007
Karin and I visited Isis Maternity this afternoon with baby Bram for a class on sign language, a popular trend amongst doctors and parents. Teaching young children to sign early helps with cutting down with communication frustrations, and also the development of spoken language skills when babies are ready to talk. We've been signing eat and more to Bram for several months now. But one great tip we picked up this afternoon was repeating the signing much more often than we were doing.
