Michael's comment is very worth considering in any person's approach to having an online conversation through blogs.
"The heart of the problem is in hurling a dry, untailored, boilerplate pitch at a "target" without enough thought or insight. Doesn't work in traditional PR; sure as hell doesn't work in the blogosphere."
I agree with Michael and I and my team will work harder to make sure we are really starting an online conversation in the future.
