How Has Your Blog Changed Your Product?
AMA Board Meeting

AMA Events, blogging workshop etc.

Wow, it’s been a very hectic week in the last week for me. I am getting up to speed for my Presidency with the Boston chapter of the AMA. I met with two board members and also had a conference call with the local healthcare sig.  I am looking forward to getting my marketing plan finished for next year.  I still have several meetings with a few board members left to organize.

What I am really excited about is the opportunity to advocate for marketing in the Boston area, I think many marketing departments don’t always get a lot of support and understanding from companies. Especially around the concept of marketing, promotion is a big part of marketing, but also building successful brands is very important. I’d like to help more successful Massachusetts based organizations by using all of the concepts around marketing.

If you are interested in volunteering with the chapter and are a member let me know, I need some PR people to help for next year.

Oh, a big event coming up in June, on the 24th is this National AMA blogging event.  We will have 11 panelists including someone from Microsoft.
