Do you hate those people who snipe from the sidelines, critique without offering anything positive, and act better than thou... well I do as well...
Yet... lately I've been seeing a series of articles about how agile is about being fast, quick, speedy, rapid, and nippy.
Wait a minute, slow down; come up for air, and take a breather there, yes agile is about getting faster results. But the process for being speedy isn’t about being fast; rather it’s about being focused, dedicated, fixated, and engrossed on one aspect of the marketing process at a time.
Take the bottom up approach, build an image of what results you want first, split out the tasks to get there, and meet often to determine how you are doing.
Focus on the results rather than the speed.
