How Often Should You Write A Blog?

I was recently asked how often should you write a blog. I was looking at the blogging success study from late last year. We have a section on "writing often for success," that contains a quote from Cathy Taylor from Adweek, she said "there is definitely a correlation between the number of posts and the number of people who come to the blog. The larger the volume of posts on a blog the more traffic is generated. Also, when large influential blogs link to the Adfreak blog, run by Cathy Taylor, the Adweek team sees an increase in traffic."

Guidelines

  • Blogging is all about starting a conversation with another individual. I don't mind if someone from a company posts useful and relevant information on my blog. But that information has to be within the context of an existing conversation. I reserve the right to delete or edit content and links from comments on this blog if I think you are just making a sales pitch or trying to increase your SEO standing.
