What Do Your Customers Think Of Your Blog? Chapter Ten
Okay I need some help on chapter ten of my book. I’ve finished chapter eight, but I am realizing I need some more information for chapter ten. It’s all about what customers seek from a company’s corporate blog. I’ve written up an email I am going to send to some corporate bloggers. But if you’d like to help with the survey, and maybe have your blog reader’s answer’s appear in the chapter, let me know, here or at jcass AT nwlink DOT com.
I am conducting some research for a book about corporate blogging strategies and tools. One of the chapters I am working on is about blogs from the customer’s perspective. I wanted to get some insights from your readers about what they are looking for in a corporate blog. I’d like to connect with your readers either directly by contacting the people who left a comment on your blog. Or if you are interested, have you run this quiz on your blog to get some answers to the following questions:
