Testing the HR process

I am currently reading a book called "Software Testing in the Real World: Improving the process". It occured to me that you can take the methods used in testing and apply them to the hr recruiting process. If problems occur in tesing at the requirements stage. Bugs and defects pop up because the user's needs were not accurately described. I wonder if the same can happen in the HR recruiting process. My suggestion would be to conduct QA on your job descriptions.
